If you choose not to migrate to the Avalanche network, you can manually withdraw your funds from the Polygon network

Secure Your Recovery Phrase

Inside the NAKA Pay+ app you will find your recovery phrase (12 word phrase). Write it down on paper and store it in a safe place.

Never share this phrase with anyone, including NAKA support.

Import to an External Wallet

Since your funds are currently on the Polygon blockchain, you will need a compatible wallet to manage them.

Connect to the Withdrawal dApp

Once your wallet is set up in MetaMask:
1. Scroll down and click the "Withdraw Funds Now" button
2. This will take you to our dedicated Withdrawal dApp
3. Click "Connect Wallet" and select MetaMask

Transfer Your Funds

Inside the dApp, you can choose to send your funds to your connected MetaMask wallet or specify an external wallet address.

  1. Confirm the transaction details

  2. Sign the request in your MetaMask popup (this is where the POL gas fee is applied)

  3. Your funds will be moved to your chosen destination
